The brand new series of Jake and Blake promises to be a hit on the Disney Channel in a tale of interesting adventures, premiering on Monday, 27 September.
Jake & Blake is the story of two teen twins separated at birth, who are unaware of each other’s existence. However, destiny reunites them, and they both agree to take advantage of their similar appearance by swapping lives. This is the start of an interesting adventure… but nothing is ever simple for Jake and Blake. On face value, the twins are the same, however, dig just below the surface and they have very different personalities.
Jake is a brilliant student in his final year of senior school and his favourite subject is maths. He’s the swimming champion, as well as mature; responsible; reserved; homely; sweet; and quite the romantic. Blake, on the other hand, is an egotistical millionaire; successful pop star with a huge entourage to match. As their adventure unravels, the two start to live each other’s lives. Jake will have to tackle his shyness; sing in front of a crowd; and deal with the relentless pursuit of fans; while Blake will have to start obeying the rules in order to become a brilliant student living out of the public eye.
Watch Jake and Blake tackle their differences in the series premiere on Monday, 27 September at 17:10. The show will continue on weekdays and the episodes will be repeated at 14:55 and 20:25 during the week, with a Friday night catch up.
